We participated in a project to develop farm stays. These were organized by the NPO CycloTourisme Shimanami based in Imabari City, Aichi prefecture, and used cycling as a selling point. The target being Taiwanese tourists, we’ve conducted market research, planning and management of promotional events directly in Taiwan, as well as study and monitor tours to improve the use of the Shimanami local cultural resources and creativity.
